Aero Excellence at Eurosatory

We’re proud to announce a new Memorandum of Understanding between Aero Excellence International (AEI) and GICAT, representing over 480 French defence and security companies.

This agreement brings GICAT’s industrial ecosystem into the Aero Excellence™ continuous improvement journey alongside GIFAS - Groupement des Industries Françaises Aéronautiques et Spatiales, further strengthening operational excellence across France’s strategic industries.

By uniting aerospace and defence under a shared framework, the partnership will help organisations accelerate performance, boost supply chain resilience, and share best practice. It also marks a key step in driving collaboration across ecosystems critical to sovereignty, competitiveness, and sustainable growth.
